I started programming at 13 by modding Battlefield 2 on a computer with no internet connection.
A year later, some friends and I started a web design company. I didn’t want to learn WordPress or Joomla, so I wrote our own CMS instead. We shipped it on about 15 small business websites around the Philly suburbs.
I went to Penn State, discovered hackathons, met people in the actual tech world, and dropped out.
In 2013, I founded Present, an early video-streaming social app. We wrote our own live media transcoding server. That shit failed.
After that, I led engineering at Futurism, helping turn a fragile WordPress site into an early headless, React-powered media property.
Then I co-founded a crypto wallet called Genesis. We turned out to be a ZIRP.
Today I’m co-owner of Ronin Software. We build mobile and full-stack software, created NativeWind UI, help maintain NativeWind, and make OK Remote.
We’re fast, we communicate well, and we like hard problems.
